Landscape Maintenance General Description:
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for completing landscape maintenance assignments and maintaining vehicles, equipment, and tools.
They will follow the direction provided by the leaders of the Landscape Maintenance division.
They will complete their work in accordance with all safety and company guidelines while providing excellent customer service, and quality workmanship.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete lawn maintenance, irrigation or snow removal work based on the directives provided by Manager, Field Supervisor and Crew Leader Always represent the company's best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism Participate in snow removal assignments as needed Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked equipment trailer Act as a mentor to new crew members Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles including weekly cleaning/care Understand and comply with job time schedules and meet allotted job guidelines Complete all work in accordance with safety and company guidelines Operate all equipment in accordance with safety guidelines from industry Weeding and policing job site Demonstrate willingness to improve current skill level and learn new skills Complete documentation in a timely manner based on requests from Manager, Field Supervisor or Crew Leader Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management Perform other tasks or projects as assigned/instructed by Field Supervisor or Manager Utilize technology as required by the company Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required:
The Crew Member will work collaboratively with their team to successfully complete projects under the direction of the Crew Leader.
They may have experience in landscape maintenance and will demonstrate a willingness to develop and improve knowledge and skill level.
They will be dependable, trust-worth and committed to providing the best possible effort.

Prior experience in landscape maintenance work and Valid Driver's License Job Type:
