What you will be doing as a Cross-Dock Quality Control Support:
- The Cross-Dock Quality Control Support, Freight Consolidation processes all documentation on the cross dock and ensures the accurate execution of shipping and receiving SOPs as well as OS&D support.

Ability to work in cold environment (34 degrees) and stay on feet for extended periods of time.

- Organizes customers' BOLs in accordance with customer's' delivery requirements and warehouse policy.
- Communicates with internal warehouse departments and carriers on all pertinent information regarding shipments and receipts.
- Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
- Attain predetermined performance metrics as outlined by the Warehouse Manager.
- Responsible for taking photos, tagging product, and viewing the overall condition of product.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor, but remember, we work as a team to get the job done.
