What you will be doing as a Cross-Dock WTM:
The Cross-Dock Warehouse Team Member, Freight Consolidation is responsible for safely and accurately shipping and receiving all product in accordance with company SOPs while operating a sit-down forklift.

Never Minimum Physical requirements:
Heavy lifting (50 lbs) or more & work in freezer environment Minimum Behavior requirements:
You must Be Humble, Stay Hungry and Live Smart A day in the life (but not limited to):
Responsible for freight receipt and shipping accuracy.
Operate material handling equipment in accordance with company safety policies.
Knowledgeable of the company's WMS and RF systems Ship and receive product in accordance with FSMA guidelines and RLS SOPs.
Assist Warehouse Supervisor in the training and development of warehouse team members.
Attain predetermined performance metrics as outlined by the Warehouse Manager All other duties as assigned by supervisor, but remember, we work as a team to get the job done.
