Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization of technology resources.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
Assist users with basic software installations, configurations, and updates.
Document user inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior members of the help desk team while maintaining open communication with users.
Maintain a strong understanding of company applications, systems, and processes to effectively guide users and provide accurate solutions.
Assist in maintaining user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide user training and guidance on technology-related topics as needed.
Stay up to date with technology trends and updates to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
Strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users of varying technical backgrounds.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting concepts.
Familiarity with common operating systems (IBM iSeries (AS400), Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work in shifts and handle occasional after-hours support as needed.

BSA/AML COMPLIANCE All bank personnel shall comply with the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and all related anti-money laundering regulations.
Compliance shall include adherence to all Board approved bank policies and procedures, and participation in initial, regulatory update, and annual training for reinforcement.
Additionally, all personnel shall identify and report any suspicious or terrorist financing activity upon detection to the Bank Secrecy Act Officer so a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) may be filed in a timely manner with FinCEN.
As applicable, branch personnel may be required to complete a Currency Transaction Report (CTR) for certain currency transactions and collect identifying information for purchases of certain monetary instruments.
Additionally, branch and lending personnel may be required to collect beneficial ownership information during the opening of new accounts or when extending credit.
